A new character education program “Early Act First Knight” at Sivells Elementary School has begun. Founder and CEO Dr. Randall Parr and his wife Amber (on right) lead a training for the Sivells’ staff and principal Dana Foyt and members of Wharton Rotary, Fred, Carl, Donna and Linda. Rotary is excited to participate in helping to shape our great kids for the future.
