Event Sponsors (VIPs) receive delicious food and drinks, reserved seating for our top notch entertainment, and special recognition in the Wharton Journal-Spectator and at the Rotary Gala event. As a VIP, you will also be treated to having your picture taken with our featured entertainer and will receive an 8X10 print to commemorate the event.
In order to claim a tax deductible charitable contribution, please make checks payable to Wharton Rotary Charity, Inc. The amount of your tax deductible contribution for each level of sponsorship is listed below.
There are three levels of sponsorship to choose from:
1. $2500 – 10 VIP tickets (Fair market value of goods received is $200. Tax deductible amount is $2300.)
2. $1,000 – 4 VIP tickets (Fair market value of goods received is $80. Tax deductible amount is $920.)
3. $500 – 2 VIP tickets (Fair market value of goods received is $40. Tax deductible amount is $460.)
If you are unable to attend the Rotary Gala you may also make a charitable contribution to Wharton Rotary Charity.
When we receive your check or credit card authorization we will hand deliver or mail your VIP tickets to you, or we can hold the tickets for you to pick up the night of the Gala.
